Community

The School is integral to the village and actively participates in its events; the villagers are supportive of the school and attend its many events. School has a particularly close involvement with:

  • St Laurence Church
  • The Methodist Church. Here the Year 5/6 children participate in their Annual Carol Service by singing and reading
  • The Blenheim Estate and its Education Department
  • The Combe Courier - our local newspaper printed by Mr & Mrs R Smith. Here we try to keep villagers up to date with current school information and advertise forthcoming events
  • School also involves itself in the May celebrations.
